Rain City Rehearsal & Recording Studio, Manchester, UK. The studio is well equipped with both analog and digital recording equipment, we focus on making a big sound in an intimate setting. We specialize (but not limited to) in the production of heavy/alternative music such as 'Metal', 'Hardcore', 'Rock' & 'Punk'. The studio also boasts a large rehearsal room which is equipped with full backline, just plug and play! The studio has also been used as a location for the filming of 'music videos'

 

RECORDING

 

Live Instruments and vocals are recorded in our treated live room using quality microphones and analogue outboard equipment. We have a selection of various instruments and amplification in-house which clients are welcome to use if they wish. Instruments are tracked individually or in a live band situation (whichever the band/artist prefers).

MIXING/MASTERING

 

All editing, mixing and mastering for your project is free (post recording) when you book in for recording. We use a hybrid of digital and analogue mixing and mastering, utilizing various pieces of outboard equipment and the very best in digital plugins via Pro Tools (so you're getting the best of both worlds).
